Rihanna got a couple of new tattoos that I'm sure will cause some raised eyebrows. Rihanna's favorite tattoo artist, BangBang, initially drew the guns on guns on either side of the tops of her arms. RiRi, however, decided to change the position to somewhere more discreet because of her contract with CoverGirl.
BangBang wrote on his website: 'I really wanted to put it here [on her arms]… She loved ‘em. But, Cover Girl wouldn’t have liked it much… and they pay the bills! Endedup doing it on her ribs.'
I think Rihanna made a good judgement call not getting the tattoos on her arms. This is how it would have looked:

Well, at least she moved them to a more discreet location. Definitely not a tat I'd be looking to get though.
Better on the ribs than the front of her arms, but I still think they look tacky.
I'm questioning the choice of guns - but the ribs look better than her arms.
