This definitely could be true. However, don't you think it's odd that Blake Lively and Penn Badgely have been together for quite awhile but all of the sudden NOW they're making out all over the place? They were not PDA before? Hmmm...sounds like someone is trying to squash break-up rumors.

REAL-life lovers Penn Badgley and Blake Lively are heating up the set of "Gossip Girl." "It's gotten crazy, they are all over each other after every single take," said one spywitness. "They're constantly making out, and it's making everyone uncomfortable." Our spy tells us that Badgley also has a new love interest on the show, who seemed to make Lively a little "nervous." "He's in scenes with this new cute brunette, and Blake is all over him after wards. And no one on set is talking to the new girl be cause they don't want to upset Blake."

Blake Lively Gives TV Kissing Tips

This is SO good to know. Seriously...who knows when I might need to know how to "tv kiss." But I'm left wondering. If I kiss someone but don't use tongue - that's not kissing? The rules have totally changed since I was Blake's age. You know, like 5 years ago....

There's something about Blake Lively that I love. She's just so pretty, cute and hot at the same time. Know what I mean?

My dearly beloved was at the CW up-front in NYC this spring. He sent me a text that said, "Blake Lively is HOT. I feel like a perv." haha

BLAKE Lively does not want to be compared to Paris Hilton. The "Gossip Girl" star says the weirdest rumor she's heard about herself is that she acts like the heirhead. "Since I have a dog and blond hair, that must mean we're alike. It's a dumb thing to say. I don't think that makes us similar," Lively tells the new issue of Seventeen. "I don't know her, but I don't like being compared to anyone by somebody who doesn't know me. I'm my own person. I don't go to clubs, I don't party, I don't dance on tables and I don't like sex tapes."
