I hope Balthazar Getty and Sienna Miller are soul mates or else the two of them are really going to regret hooking up. They've both lost so much as a result of their affair...

Balthazar Getty has been axed from the hit TV show Brothers and Sisters after the aftermath of his affair with Sienna Miller made it "difficult" for him to be onset.

Getty's romance with Alfie star Miller reportedly caused tensions between him and costar Matthew Rhys, who has previously dated the actress.

A source says, "There had been a lot of bad feeling towards him behind the scenes.

"It became very difficult to have him on set.

"Matthew was devastated and so angry when Balthazar started seeing Sienna."

Getty, who plays Tommy Walker in the ABC prime time drama, was told last week that his character was not being brought back full time.

British actress SIENNA MILLER is "devastated" after her alleged lover BALTHAZAR GETTY returned to his wife in a bid to save his marriage.

The Brothers + Sisters star, 33, confirmed he had split from his wife Rosetta after photos emerged of him frolicking with a topless Miller on a yacht off Italy's Amalfi coast last month (Jul08).

But according to British newspaper The Daily Mail, Getty has returned to his wife and mother of his four kids, leaving Miller heartbroken.

A source tells the publication, "He... was on the phone to Rosetta on and off for two hours, crying and constantly calling and she finally agreed to let him back in the house.

"In his mind he has definitely dropped Sienna but he's in a very confused state at the moment. His biggest fear is losing his kids."

Getty says, "I can't comment. When I'm ready, I'll issue a statement. It's because of the children.'"

A spokesman for Miller has refused to address the reports.

Sienna Miller is facing a battle to keep her married lover Balthazar Getty -- after friends revealed the actor's wife is determined to salvage their marriage.

Rosetta has reportedly decided to give Balthazar a second chance after he bombarded her with emails begging for forgiveness.

The 38-year-old has told friends that although she is hurt by the way Balthazar has cavorted with the Alfie actress in public, she is willing to forgive.

A source tells Britain's Daily Mirror newspaper, "Rest assured she won't make any rash decisions with regards their marriage.

"Balthazar is incredibly confused at the moment - torn in fact.

"As time goes by he realizes how deep his love for Rosetta and their children is.

"Rosetta thinks the bond she has with him and their kids is stronger than anything Sienna can offer.

"Despite reports to the contrary, the door is still wide open for a reconciliation."

Rosetta was said to be "devastated" after pictures were released of Balthazar, 33, and 26-year-old Sienna canoodling on holiday in Italy.

Shortly afterward, he issued a statement saying his marriage was over, while Rosetta has refused to speak publicly.

Friends fear Getty's recent troubles mirror his destructive behavior as a youth.

The source added, "Rosetta is maintaining a dignified silence with regards to this whole affair. She has their children to think about."

Balthazar -- heir to a $50 billion oil fortune -- and Rosetta have four children, Cassius, eight, seven-year-old Grace, four-year-old Violet and June, 10 months.

Meanwhile, Getty's fashion designer wife Rosetta Millington has fled the U.S., taking their four children - the youngest born just eight months ago - to Italy, according to British newspaper The News of the World.
