Angelina: Will She or Won't She?

The same sources that are snitching that there's trouble for the Jolie-Pitts are saying that there's quite a battle going on over whether or not Angelina will support Brad in Cannes.

“Angelina does not want to go,” a source in Pitt’s camp told IUC. “Brad told her if she does not go to Cannes it will cause him huge problems and will outshine the promo for his new Tarantino film. He threatened to do everything in his power to ruin her if she does not cooperate.”

My guess is that she'll be there. If she's NOT, well, I think we've got our answer to whether or not there is trouble in paradise.

Meanwhile, a source on the set of "Salt," which Jolie is filming now reportedly heard Angelina talking with a friend. She said, “I’m a total mess. I’m lonely and fucked up. I miss Jonny and Billy Bob. They’re my closest friends. I feel like there’s no one I can trust except them. Everyone here is out to get me.”

Why does it always go back to the exes? Brad back with Jennifer, Angie pining for Jonny Lee Miller and Billy Bob. For me this is when the stories start to smell fishy.

For now we're just going to have to wait and see how Cannes shapes up!

More Crazy Angie Accusations

I've been following Ian Halperin's reporting of the alleged Jolie-Pitt breakdown. I really have NO idea if anything he's reporting is based on any truth, but it's so trashy and scandalous and crazy that I can't stop reading! Today he is reporting that an "artist friend" of Jolie's told him that Angie told her that she thinks she and her adopted sons, Pax and Maddox, would "make beautiful babies with them.”

Apparently this "friend" told Halperin that Jolie MIGHT have been kidding (ya think?) now the "friend" is worried that Jolie might "attempt one day to have kids with some of her children."

Angelina's friend goes on to explain that Jolie does not believe incest is taboo and thinks the actress will eventually move to a country where it’s legal. WHAT?! The friend thinks that because incest is banned, it is more attractive to Jolie.

I think this whole story is total crap. However, I'm starting to wonder if the rumors about troubles in the relationship are true. They've been swirling for a few weeks with no reaction. Now, it could be that Brad and Angie are rising above the gossip - but that's not their usual reaction. Where are our family pics??! Holy Shiloh, I hope things are ok!

Brad Pitt in Rehab?

According to the seedier gossips out there, things with the Jolie-Pitt's is GRIM! Not only have they been breaking up, but there are questions about the paternity and even maternity of twins Vivienne & Knox! Now these same sources are saying that Brad Pitt is in rehab.

According to a close friend of the 45-year-old A-lister, Pitt is trying to get himself free of alcohol dependency as a way to pry himself loose from Angelina Jolie. The friend said Jolie has been determined the past couple of years of throwing Pitt’s life into complete confusion. “Brad’s been very stressed out for months,” says the source.

Things have not been going very well for him. He needs a change and a fresh start. If he didn’t seek the counselling he might have died, that’s how bad it’s been.” The friend said the program Pitt enrolled in is teaching him about harm reduction, prevention and how to lead a life free from alcohol abuse. “He’s doing well above the required threshold for recovery,” the friend added. “He’ll be fine. He’s a great person and great father. He’s turned to his family and an old friend for support. Finally, he got a big wake up call that was long overdue.”

Brad has talked about his drinking and how it affects him. Back in October of 2007 he said, He said: "It's not easy to be a good father when you've had a few drinks.

"About a year ago I'd had a couple of beers and my daughter Zahara had this piece of ice that had been dropped on the floor, and she was putting it in her mouth and began to choke on it, and that was it.

"You have to be absolutely on top of every situation. The other s**t doesn't work anymore. When they wake up in the middle of the night you have to be there.

"And you can't deal with children when you have a hangover - that's just a misery!"

What do you think? Is Brad in rehab battling his demons (aka Angie)? Personally, I don't buy it. But....ya never know.....

More On Jolie/Pitt "Split"

Ian Halperin has unleashed more crazy gossip regarding the alleged Brangelina split. According to The Limo Driver and friends, Angie is "obsessed" with Clint Eastwood's wife, Dina and her brother, James Haven.

The limo driver claimed he was concerned Jolie was obsessed with Clint Eastwood’s wife Dina. “Angie loves p*ssy as much as she loves c*ck," The limo driver asked IUC for the name of a literary agent because he is considering penning a tell all.

Earlier today IUC learned that Angelina’s brother James Haven advised his sister to leave Brad three months ago after she called him crying her eyes out at 5 a.m. Acccording to a close friend of Jolie, Haven told his sister to pack both her and the children’s belongings and to move in with him. “It was a big fight and Angelina was at the end of her rope,” the friend told IUC. “Her brother was upset and confronted Brad for not being more sympathetic to his sister. He told him to watch out.” The friend told IUC that James has always been “Angie’s true love”. “She’s obsessed with him,” the source said. “I wouldn’t be surprised if they have kids together. That’s how tight they are.”

It all sounds SO crazy that I'm skeptical if any of it is true. But then I remember the crazy Angelina who used to wear Billy Bob's blood around her neck, talk about cutting and heroin and made out with her brother.... It's curious stuff, that's for sure.

Brad & Angelina Split?!

According to blogger, Ian Halperin, Brad Pitt & Angelina Jolie have split! On his website Ianundercover.com, Halperin reports " A four week IUC investigation has revealed that Hollywood glamor couple Brangelina has called it quits. This according to multiple sources close to Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie. Pitt recently told a close friend “I can’t take Angie’s volatile temper anymore.”

He goes on to add, "According to a close friend of Pitt the couple’s relationship was tarnished by Jolie’s recurring pattern of resistance to change and ongoing need to exert power. “She refuses to accept Brad’s influence, even when he makes very reasonable requests,” the source said. The close friend added that a vicious custody battle has started, with Jolie seeking full custody of all the couple’s children. A source close to Jolie says the notorious actress has hired a top lawyer and plans to seek a restraining order against Pitt until the case is resolved. The Jolie insider said the actress has cited irreconcilable differences and a drinking problem by Pitt."
Another bombshell that Halperin drops is that Brad and Angelina have been married for two years "Pitt and Jolie were indeed married a couple years back in a foreign country. “They were definitely married with only a couple of people present,” a source close to Pitt and Jolie confirmed."

Brad & Angelina Sleeping Apart?

The ever-reliable Star (NOT) is reporting that Brad and Angelina are sleeping in separate beds after Jolie caught Brad texting one of their nannies.

A source tells Star, "Angie is still very angry over the nanny thing.

"Right now, the separate bedrooms arrangement seems to be the best thing for them. Brad doesn't want to face her cold fury every night.

"Brad is so unhappy about sleeping solo that he's even taken to 'camping out' with the kids in sleeping bags inside little tents in their rooms. He tells them it's because Mommy's working late again, but it's really because she banned him from their bedroom."

Why wouldn't Brad text the nanny? He's the dad! No mention of what the mysterious text said.

Brad Pitt Hot In DC

Capitol Hill was treated to one half of The Brange hysteria yesterday. Brad Pitt met with Nancy Pelosi yesterday on behalf of "Make It Right," a project he helped launch in 2007 to construct affordable and environmentally sustainable housing for low-income residents of the lower 9th Ward in New Orleans who lost their homes as a result of Hurricane Katrina.

And while he was obviously there to draw attention to Make It Right, his mere presence sent Capitol Hill into a tizzy.

The Hill reports:

Pelosi’s office made no immediate comments on the meeting, but in a staff meeting earlier in the day, some Pelosi aides discussed what to say if the media asked why she was meeting with Pitt.



An aide said, “All the women in the room said, ‘Why not?’”



Mary Tarr, the office manager for Sen. John Kerry (D-Mass.), waved a sign at Pitt as he walked into Murray’s office.





“Angeline, Christine and Lindsay, I’m here at the Capitol talking to your mom,” the sign read. She was hoping to get Pitt to take a photo with her so her daughters would believe she saw him.



“I never do this — I swear,” she said.

Jen/John vs. Brange: Who Was Best?

Tell me which couple you liked best last night. Of course, you know me - I think Brad and Angie were great last night. Jen looked cute. I liked her hair and I liked her dress. I think she's just a little too tan for a 40 year old woman. I love a tan as much as The Aniston, but I just think she's venturing into tanorexic territory. And John Mayer vs. Brad Pitt isn't even a fair comparison. Clearly Brad is The Man to Mayer's arrogant kid.

Red Carpet Round-Up

Love, love, love Natalie Portman. That pink is CRAZY perfect on her! I also think Evan Rachel Wood has a perfect score throughout the entire awards season. Love her dress tonight!



I think Freida Pinto looks great tonight, too. I like it that she's wearing something not everyone could get away with but she totally pulls it off. I also didn't hate Miley's dress.



I want to like Anne Hathaway's dress so badly and I do...but the fit isn't right. And I love the bottom of Penelope Cruz's dress but the top is so ill-fitting it makes her boobs look funny, doesn't it?



And then there's Brad & Angelina. Love the dress, love the earrings, love the man.

It's The Most Wonderful Day of the Year!

Oscars Day is finally here! I'm going to be live blogging tonight during the show, so if you're online while watching the show - check in! I'd LOVE to hear your comments. I'll be with lots of fun girls so I'll be sure to report all of the catty things we say! ;-)

I'm getting ready to fill out my ballot. I've already asked this on Facebook, but I wonder what you guys think: Mickey Rourke or Sean Penn for Best Actor? I really want Sean Penn to win - I LOVED Milk, but so far the consensus is that Mickey Rourke will take it.

I have a hard time casting my Oscars ballot - it's such a struggle between what I want to win and what I think will win. But right now the burning questions I have are: What will Angelina wear? Will she bring it? Who will win the red carpet couples showdown? Brad & Angie or Jen & John Mayer? Is there even a doubt that The Jolie-Pitts will kick John Mayer's ass? John Mayer might be borderline hot, he might even be talented - but he is no Brad Pitt.

Brad/Angie vs. Jen/John At Oscars

It really makes me mad when John Mayer looks sort of hot. Damn him! Mayer is prettying up for his walk down the Oscar's red carpet with Jennifer Aniston. Can't wait to see Mayer and Aniston try to bring it the way only Brad & Angie can. It'll be awesome!

The Jolie-Pitt Campaign

I think one of the best part of The Academy Awards is all of the campaining that occurs prior to the big day. Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie did their part by trotting out their entire clan in Tokyo for the premiere of "The Curious Case of Benjamin Button." How hilarious is baby Knox's cap?! The kids are all gorgeous. I don't think they'll sway Oscar votes, but it's fun to see them!

Oscar Roundtable: Blah, Blah, Blah

In between running here and there today I've been watching Newsweek's Oscars Roundtable discussion with Brad Pitt, Robert Downey Jr, Frank Langella, Sally Hawkins and Mickey Rourke. If you have the time to spend you must watch it. Talk about self-important and pukey! But seriously, I loved it. I LOVE actors and how important their work is. And who am I to disagree? I love all of this sh*t!

Can you believe that Mickey Rourke actually seems the LEAST self-righteous?! Well, not including Sally Hawkins, God love 'er.

Oscar Nominations!

Well, they did it! The Academy got smart and nominated The Brange. Brad + Angelina = Ratings?! Let's hope. In my humble opinion Angelina did NOT deserve the nomination for Best Actress but I'm thrilled she got it. Think maybe she could step up the style for the event? Please?!

I'm pretty up on my movies so why did I not know about The Visitor? It's by Thomas McCarthy who directed The Station Agent, one of my all-time favorite movies. (Have I ever mentioned that I have a huge crush on Peter Dinklage?)

Brad Defends Angelina

It might not have been "dastardly," but there was definitely an affair between Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie. Although, from what I hear - Jen was pretty hard to be in a relationship with. I don't know if it's because I'm still feeling a little fragile after seeing "Marley & Me" yesterday or if this really is starting to feel like "a million years ago" as Jennifer said on Oprah in December - but I wish we could be done re-hashing the "how and when" of the beginnings of Brad & Angie's love affair. They have 6 kids together now!

BRAD Pitt wants to set one thing straight regarding his wife Angelina Jolie: She's not a homewrecker. "What people don't understand is that we filmed ['Mr. & Mrs. Smith'] for a year. We were still filming after Jen [Aniston] and I split up," he tells W in the annual "A-List" February issue. "Even then it doesn't mean that there was some kind of dastardly affair. There wasn't. I'm very proud of the way that it was handled. It was respectful." Aniston might disagree - she called Jolie's comment that the couple fell in love on-set "uncool" - but Pitt downplays any animosity. "Listen, man, Jen is a sweetheart. I think she got dragged into that one, and then there's a second round to all that Angie versus Jen. It's so created," he claims. "We still check in with each other. She was a big part of my life, and me hers. I don't see how there cannot be [that]. That's life, man. That's life." The issue hits stands Jan. 20.

Wonder how Jennifer Aniston feels about Brad & Angelina yukking it up with Brad's parents. I do wonder how "close" Jen and Brad's mom are....

Aniston On Oprah! TODAY!

Jennifer Aniston is going to be on Oprah today. I can't WAIT! Oh, it'll be great! Filled with "you go girl" moments and hair tossing. I'll recap it for you this afternoon!

In the meantime, did you hear about Brad's taping for the Oprah show? He's been on Ope's shit list since divorcing O's close friend, Jen. Word is that things between Brad and O were a little tense but warmed up toward the end of the taping. Click here to read all about it!

Agent Accused Of Wrong-Doing

Wow! If this is true, agent Todd Shemarya is in some big trouble! Even if it's not true, the allegations will hurt him.

A TOP Hollywood talent agent - whose roster includes Brad Pitt, Angelina Jolie, Leonardo DiCaprio, Jennifer Aniston and Matthew McConaughey - repeatedly insulted his clients, stole gifts sent to them, and discussed their private parts, a bombshell lawsuit alleges.

Former assistant Heather Devlin charges in a sexual harassment suit filed yesterday in LA Superior Court that Todd Shemarya, co-founder of Todd Shemarya Associates, created a hostile working environment by "parading naked" in front of her, forcing her to take dictation as he used the bathroom, and exposing her to computer porn - including a woman with a horse.

The suit also claims Shemarya:

* Took a pair of vintage Cartier watches meant as gifts for Pitt and Aniston and had them engraved to a pal as a wedding present, and used Pitt's name to get free swag for himself from Coach and TAG Heuer.

* Showed Devlin photos of a nude Pitt from a banned 1997 issue of Playgirl, "ridicule[d] the size of Pitt's penis," called him a "fag" because of his "extensive enthusiasm for clothes and architecture," and referred to Aniston as "an ugly bitch."

* Said he was disgusted that Djimon Hounsou was dating Kimora Lee Simmons because she was a "cheap dirty whore."

* Gave "preferential treatment" to "gay men who slept with him" and fired Devlin after nine years, months after hiring his gay lover and giving him some of her accounts.

"Ms. Devlin was exposed to a constant barrage of offensive sexual, racial and religious comments. TSA's celebrity clients would usually be the center of his ridicule," Devlin's lawyer, Keith A. Fink, told Page Six.

Shemarya responded: "These are false accusations. This is a disgruntled employee who I fired about a year ago. And now she's trying to extort money." Pitt's lawyer had no immediate comment.

Brad Pitt's Parents Upset Over Photo?

Hmmmm....I wonder if Brad Pitt's parents are miffed over the picture on the cover of W of Angelina breastfeeding the twins? I thought they were beautiful pictures but I guess I could see where grandparents might feel like they were exploiting the kids. What do you think?

Brad Pitt's parents, Bill and Jane, are said to be "upset" at the arty black-and-white photos the actor took of partner Angelina Jolie for the November issue of the fashion and culture magazine W.

A source tells Star magazine, "Brad's dad won't talk about it — that means he's upset.

"Brad's mom feels they're using their children as a marketing campaign tool and thinks it's unacceptable."

Pitt and Jolie have a long relationship with W Magazine that started when the two worked with photographer Steven Klein for a series called "Domestic Bliss" in 2005.
