I think Freida Pinto looks great tonight, too. I like it that she's wearing something not everyone could get away with but she totally pulls it off. I also didn't hate Miley's dress.



I want to like Anne Hathaway's dress so badly and I do...but the fit isn't right. And I love the bottom of Penelope Cruz's dress but the top is so ill-fitting it makes her boobs look funny, doesn't it?



And then there's Brad & Angelina. Love the dress, love the earrings, love the man.

Sneak Peek: The Jonas Brothers & Stevie!

This morning we got a behind the scenes tour of The Staples Center and watched rehearsals for tomorrow night's show. The theme for the performances is duets. We saw The Jonas Brothers performing with Stevie Wonder! They went thru their performance three or four times. Very cool. Stevie is a legend!! They were really strict about no pictures but when no one was looking I slyly got this video. Excuse the poor quality - I was totally sneaking!




Ironically, the next rehearsal was Taylor Swift and Miley Cyrus! Ex-girlfriends of Joe and Nick Jonas. I wasn't able to get pictures of them, but they were cute. Acting very much like a couple of teenaged girls.

In 15 minutes someone is coming to my room to do my hair and nails for the Clive Davis party tonight. Jennifer Hudson is performing with a "special guest." I wonder who?! Can't WAIT to see Whitney Houston perform. I'll fight the urge to yell "crack is whack."

Man, the Cyrus family is really grasping. Why is it that anytime Miley's 20 year old boyfriend is mentioned we get to hear that he's a Christian? Does that somehow make it ok? I think Miley and Justin are a modern day Nicolette Sheridan/Leif Garret. I love stories about how they were shacking up at like 14 years old.

Remember when I told you Katy Perry was joking that she wanted to share a liplock with Miley Cyrus a'la Madonna & Britney? Well - this is what Miley says about it:

"No thanks," Miley replied with a laugh. "She sang on my record. So I think she's kind of getting back at me, because she was doing harmonies and backgrounds."

Hm. Sounds like maybe Miley is the one who's sour grapes now that Katy Perry has the song of the summer. "I Kissed A Girl" has been #1 in the US for 5 weeks straight. Kiss off, Miley!

Miley Crushing On David Archuleta?

Possible new couple/crush? Or did David Archuleta's creepy stage dad leak this story to get David's name back out there?

He didn't win American idol, but David Archuleta could walk away with another kind of prize - Miley Cyrus! One of Miley's friends says that Miley has a schoolgirl crush on the 17 year old crooner and she's already asked him to make a cameo appearance in her upcoming Hannah Montana movie. Miley is at an age where she's very aware of boys and she thinks David is not only cute, but really talented, too. Whether David (or shall we say his manager/Dad) takes her up on the movie offer remains to be seen.

There have been lots in between, but the newest feuding femmes are Miley Cyrus vs. Selena Gomez over Nick Jonas. In this video, Miley and her BFF Amanda spoof a video that was originally created by Selena and her lifelong BFF and fellow Disney cohort, Demi Lovato. It's crazy to me the stuff that Miley puts online! She's bound and determined to tarnish her image, isn't she?!

Teen Sensation Miley Cyrus has told her ‘Hannah Montana’ co-star Anna Maria Perez de Tagle she is ‘hurting’ and wants to quit the hit Disney show after she received global criticism over her racy photo shoot for Vanity Fair magazine at the age of 15.

Anna Maria, who plays Ashley Dewitt on the popular kid’s show says, “Sometimes I’ll talk to her on the phone and she’ll be like, ‘It’s really hard’ or ‘I’m really tired. I can’t do this.’

“It really hurt her inside,” says Perez de Tagle. “She didn’t know that people would look at it like that.”

Miley has since apologized for the risqué photos; and Annie Leibovitz — the photographer behind the pictures — said she was sorry for any misinterpretation.

Cyrus Family Full Of It

I'm sorry, ya'll know I like Miley Cyrus - but I call bullsh*t on her family. It's bullsh*t that they're playing Hot Potato on who is to blame for this "Racy Photo Scandal" surrounding them. They are her PARENTS. Of course they saw all of the pictures. As closely as they guide her career, are you kidding me? And if they didn't - shame on them. But I'm sorry, Annie Lebowitz is taking your 15 year old daughter's photos - you don't leave the shoot and you don't not look at all of the shots before they're published. Bullsh*t.

Miley Cyrus’ parents were not present when the semi-topless photo of their 15-year-old daughter was taken — and they aren’t pleased.

Sources close to the family say that Cyrus patriarch Billy Ray and his wife Tish were at the Vanity Fair shoot all day — but decided to leave before the final, risqué photo of Miley was snapped.

“They were happy with the photos taken earlier in the day, but they didn’t see the photo in question until now,” Us Weekly magazine quotes a source as saying.

Amidst the controversy of the shoot — by famed photographer Annie Leibovitz — a rep for Vanity Fair magazine said, “Since the photo was taken digitally, they saw it on the shoot, and everyone thought it was a beautiful and natural portrait of Miley.”

And while the controversy dies down, the Hannah Montana star is hiding out in Nashville, and she’s “embarrassed,” the source says. “Her parents are really upset about the situation.”

On Monday, Bill O’Reilly blasted the “Achy Breaky Heart Singer” for allowing his teen daughter to pose for Vanity Fair in the first place.

“Vanity Fair … is not her audience at all,” he said, adding that he turned her into a “sex symbol” at 15.

What do you think of these Vanity Fair pics of Miley Cyrus? I don't think it's a flattering picture at all, but I guess I just don't get what's so racy about them.

Another day, another candid-camera controversy for Miley Cyrus.

The Hannah Montana star has issued a statement about her provocative pictures in the new Vanity Fair. Snapped by renowned photographer Annie Leibovitz, the 15-year-old Disney sensation appears to be topless, covered only in a blanket.

"I took part in a photo shoot that was supposed to be 'artistic' and now, seeing the photographs and reading the story, I feel so embarrassed," she says. "I never intended for any of this to happen and I apologize to my fans who I care so deeply about.'"

The Disney Channel is also standing up for its beloved starlet, telling E! News "a situation was created to deliberately manipulate a 15-year-old in order to sell magazines."

In its own statement, Vanity Fair defends the shoot.
