Another New Year's Split: Kelly Rutherford

Kelly Rutherford filed for divorce Friday from her second husband Daniel Giersch.

Rutherford and Giersch married in August 2006.

The couple have a two-year-old son, Hermes Gustaf Daniel Giersch.

Kelly - who plays Blake Lively's mom Lily van der Woodsen on the CW series Gossip Girl - is about three months pregnant with her second child, who is due in June.

Kelly, 40, rose to fame with a role in Melrose Place.

The actress cites irreconcibale differences on the paperwork, which was submitted to a judge at Los Angeles Superior Court.

Rutherford split from Carlos Tarajano in 2001 after just five months of marriage.
