Lindsay Lohan is planning to get naked on film for $80,000 in a bid to be taken seriously as an actress.
The 21-year-old star has taken the role of a nymphomaniac waitress in low-budget drama Florence.
The ‘Mean Girls’ star shocked producers by agreeing to do a full frontal when they had only asked her to go topless.
A friend of the actress said: “She is fully aware of the potential of her body. Lindsay wants to build up an image as a mature, responsible actress.”
Lindsay — whose film career has taken a nosedive since her various stints in rehab last year — is so desperate to star in the film that she’s even taking a hefty pay cut from the usual seven-figure salary she can command by acting for minimum pay.
“Lindsay doesn’t care she’s getting paid peanuts. She wants to remind people she can act and that she is worth hiring,” the insider added.

Um, yuck! It's never a good idea to get naked in a film is it?
Sometimes going nude wins you an Oscar! Look at Halle Berry, Gwyneth...and I'm sure there are more.
The thing with Linds is that I think there's actually a talented actress in there. This could go either way for her.
However, given her bad girl image - I don't think anyone is going to be *gasping* or applauding her *bravery* for going nude.
It'll get her alot of press, tho!
yeah it's no big suprise that's she's willing to take it all off for very little cash, as for the rest I don't really have an opinion.
Wow, for being Lindsay Lohan I thought she could bring in more cash than that to get nakie!! Sad for her that her career has even come to this, proves she's not that mature. The only reason her career sucks right now is because of her and her own actions.
