Beyonce Opens Up About Weight

Beyonce and I have something in common - we both struggle with our weight. She tells he April issue of Vogue magazine, "It's easy for me to gain weight. I'm not a naturally stick-thin girl. I'm not heavy but I'm not skinny either."

I've long heard of Beyonce's habit of wearing TWO pairs of Spanx on special occasions and decided to give it a try myself at The Grammy's. Surprisingly, it's not more uncomfortable than wearing just one pair and I did like the results. One tip though - don't wait until it's an emergency before going to the bathroom!
