Jennifer who saw Mel Brooks: My best celebrity sighting was meeting Mel Brooks at the Purple Wine Bar & Cafe. I was there with a bunch of friends and I turned and whispered to one of them, "I think I just saw Mel Brooks walk to the bathroom!" No one believed me until another friend circled around his table and recognized his voice. After dinner we went to shake his hand - his hands are as soft as a baby's bottom. :)
