Kanye West's Glow in The Dark tour was in Moline, IL this past weekend. I grew up about 30 minutes outside of Moline and was actually home over the weekend! I watched this same news report. The weather has been so crazy all over the midwest. We were right in the middle of this, so I thought I would share!
