The Chicago Sun Times is reporting that Rihanna is indeed splitting with Chris Brown and that she's been seen flirting it up with Wilmer Valderrama. Fez certainly has a way with the ladies! And despite his Howard Stern guffaw (remember when he dished about intimate details with some of his exes?), he seems to be friendly with most of his past girlfriends. GOOD sign, I think. All signs point to Wilmer being slighgly sleazy, but an overall good guy.

What is it about Wilmer Valderrama? I don't get the draw to him but he sounds like a better choice than Chris Brown. I hope she has some fun - she deserves it.
