Good Morning,
I'm waiting for my friend Ellie to tell me if I should see Revolutionary Road or Rachel Getting Married today. I'm gearing up to watch The Golden Globes tonight. I LOVE this show. Sure, the Academy Awards are my favorite - but I love The Globes because it's lighter, the fashion is always great and you get the best of movies and tv in a setting not as staid as The Emmy's. Then again, I'm a sucker for an awards show. I laugh, I cry....I'm a nerd. I think Slumdog Millionaire will be the big winner tonight and rightly so. Have you seen Slumdog Millionaire? GO SEE IT! You'll LOVE IT!
Tomorrow is my birthday. I'm getting a little too close to a big number so this is the year I've decided to shave years off my age. I don't want to be Lara Flynn Boyle about it, so I'm going to admit it. I'm not going to tell you how old I'm going to be but I will tell you that from now on I'm 34. I feel good about 34. I can pass for 34....right?
Anyway, we're not doing anything tomorrow to celebrate but we leave for Sundance on Thursday. I can't wait!
