Christina Not Fueding With Brit...Anymore

Well, of course Xtina Aguilera is going to dispel a Britney feud. She's smart enough to know she can hit her when she's down! Besides, really, no matter what - hasn't she won? Britney may "comeback," but EVERYONE knows Christina is the more talented artist.

Christina Aguilera has blasted rumors of a feud between herself and fellow pop princess Britney Spears - insisting she always supports the star.

The pair - who appeared together as teens on the Disney Channel's New Mickey Mouse Club - have been dogged by speculation they don't get along.

But Aguilera - who gave birth to her first child, son Max Bratman, in January - says she and Spears get along fine.

She says, "When we both started releasing records, it was a funny time for me.

"It must have seemed as if we were competing with each other, but, in reality, Britney is someone that I used to hold hands with. We were silly little girls together on the Mickey Mouse Club. What a journey it has been for both of us!

"There have been so many stories about the two of us not getting on.

"We don't keep closely in touch with one another, and it's obvious how our lives have taken on two different directions.

"I don't pass any judgment on what she does. I always wish her all the best."
