DREW Barrymore wouldn't throw a party without her BFF Cameron Diaz - even if she does rub some other guests the wrong way. At Barrymore's Halloween party, Diaz was "outside smoking the whole time" along with many of the other guests, our spy said. "But when a couple people asked if she had a cigarette, she always said no. It was so rude." Other guests at Barrymore's Hitchcock-themed bash were Liv Tyler, Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen, Britney Spears and Eve.
