Helen Mirren fancies Russell Brand. ME TOO! Really, I do think there's "something" about him....

Helen Mirren has a crush on British comedian Russell Brand.

The Raising Helen actress, 63, was flattered by 33-year-old Russell's recent flirtatious praise for her and has returned the compliment.

She says, "I heard he fancies me. I fancy Russell too.

"I mean, who can resist a man who looks so good in tight trousers. He's absolutely lovely."

Russell vowed to seduce Helen, who is 30 years his senior, when they star together in a movie version of Shakespeare's The Tempest.

He said, "I'm going to try and get off with her. It's the big time, if I can get Mirren. I am going to seduce that queen."
