I get it and I don't. Seems like celebs are snarkier lately, don't you think? I'm sure a big part of it is how out of control the paps are. They're sick of being legally stalked. But I have a hard time understanding being rude to fans. I think there's a way to say "no" to pictures and autographs without being insulting or rude.
SCARLETT Johansson wants everyone to know she's not a tourist attraction. The actress and fiancé Ryan Reynolds hit the Lower East Side spot National Underground the other night "wearing matching bowler hats," our spy said. Even though Johansson was "dressed down in a black blazer and jeans," the doorman recognized her. Our spy said that "the doorman asked to take a photo with Scarlett" but that she snapped, "I'm not the Statue of Liberty," before heading inside.

I hate it when they act like they can't be bothered. Who do you think helped make you famous...uh, your fans?!?!?!
I agree...there has to be a more diplomatic way to go about saying 'no'!

I'm sorry, I keep trying to read this post, but can't get past thinking that her boobs are bigger than her head in the pic you're using.
I think it illustrates what a boob I think she is. lol
I can understand being mean to the paps as long as it doesn't cross into physical violence but it's not ok to get upset with normal fans. Sure, some probably deserve it for being obnoxious though. I wonder how often she acts like this? If it's a one time thing it's more forgiveable, everyone has their days, but if she's consistently like this then that's pretty sucky.
