I have a confession. I LOVED 90210 last week! I had my doubts after The CW announced they wouldn't be doing any sneak-peeks for the media. That's usually never a good sign. However, I really couldn't have been more pleased with the 2-hour premiere. Almost everyone I've talked to was pleasantly surprised and is super excited for more, more, more!
Tomorrow night's episode is going to reunite Kelly and Silver with their mom! Who else thought that Jessica Stroup's Silver was THE BEST?! I liked the character and I think she's cute and gorgeous at the same time.

I thought Jennie Garth looked fantastic and I like how her character fits into the new show. However...Shannen Doherty looked AWFUL! You know I'm right. I no longer love to hate her....I am actually kind of scared and sorry for her. Maybe Shannen just didn't have time to get herself together before filming the premiere since she joined the cast so late. Surely she'll LOOK better in upcoming eps?
Regardless, it's the kids at the core of the show and I really liked them. Annie got on my nerves a bit - esp during the big song number - but I'm willing to overlook it. For now. lol

I didn't mind it at all. I have to say tho that the acting for some of them was pretty bad and I hope it gets better. Isaac basically said they spent all their budget on cars and it didn't leave anything for the acting lol. I LOVE Silver I thought she was super cute and fun. I think Jennie looked fantastic and Shannon looked horrible! OMG she looked bad. I was kinda surprised how many of the old non-main characters there were from the old series. I love the addition of Rob from Melrose Place as the dad and principal! Overall I would say it wasn't stellar but watchable. Somehow I think its gonna be hard to top Gossip Girl for me.
I agree, Karey. While I really liked it alot - it's not going to top GG for me, either!

I love it! I can't wait for tomorrow night. I still catch episodes of the old 90210 on SoapNet and some of that acting isn't great so I'll give it time.
I love Annie and Dixon's grandmother. She is the best!
I can't wait to see how the drama plays out with the principal and the old flame.
I'm not a Gossip Girl watcher (mainly because I want to start from the very beginning and get all caught up) so maybe that's why I loved 90210.
OMG how could I forget Grandma! She is one of my favorite characters!
Loved it! I am a diehard original 90210 fan and really just tuned in to see if could compare and honestly, in time, I think it has the possibility.
