Kate Hudson: No Regrets On Divorce

Love, love, love Kate Hudson. In a world full of needy Aniston-types, Kate Hudson is refreshing. She dates who she wants, breaks up and moves on effortlessly. Well, it seems that way at least. And isn't that what Hollywood is all about? How things seem?

Kate Hudson says her 2007 divorce from Chris Robinson was the "best thing that ever happened" to her.

The actress -- who has a four-year-old son with the Black Crowes frontman -- insists the former couple's relationship has improved dramatically since their legal separation in October last year.

She says, "Look - Chris and I are still basically living together! We've figured it out. I mean, obviously, nothing's perfect, but I could never look at our divorce as a mistake. If anything, it's the best thing that ever happened to us."

The Fools Gold star, 29, recently revealed she doesn't regret forsaking her partying years to have a child.

She said, "Am I going to look back and say, 'God, I wish I could have gone to that concert?' I'd rather be listening to my son sing songs. I'd rather be watching him sleep."

Kate -- who has previously dated Lance Armstrong, Owen Wilson and Dax Shepard -- also admitted she's still hoping to find her soul mate.

She added, "Every girl wants a fairy-tale ending. And I believe it's possible. Absolutely."
