Heather Locklear Arrested

Heather Locklear was arrested and held in Santa Barbara County, according to the California Highway Patrol. She was arrested for suspicion of DUI and reportedly, alcohol was not the influence.

The actress is just two months out of rehab for "anxiety and depression." Altho, it was widely speculated that pills and alcohol were the real reasons behind her stay.

Locklear's rep had no comment.

It's sad. I always thought Heather Locklear had it together. I feel really sorry for her daughter with Richie Sambora. Things have kind of fallen apart for them since their divorce.

I'm sure another trip to rehab is a done-deal for Heather.
