Does anyone think Lindsay's NOT drinking? Don't get me wrong, I think Michael Lohan is a total scumbag - but Lindsay's drinking.
Lindsay Lohan's rep has blasted claims by the actress' father that she has fallen off the wagon and is drinking again.
Michael Lohan believes his daughter's gal pal Samantha Ronson is to blame for the star's continued boozing, saying, "I've been up and down the road (in discussions) with my ex-wife (Dina) and it's to the point now that I'm going to confront Samantha and Jenny Muro (Lindsay's production assistant) myself.
"Samantha drinks and passes the drinks under the table to Lindsay, and behind the scenes it gets worse and worse.
"Sam is using my daughter. My daughter isn't working because she's always with Sam. Even my ex-wife knows it. She just isn't doing anything about it."
However, Lindsay's rep tells MSNBC's Courtney Hazlett, "This is totally a lie and untrue."

Man that guy is a douchebag... not letting her drink at all? She's going to get all shrively and dehydrated - wait, she's already all shrively and scary looking. Never mind then.
Im still not sure she was ever an alcoholic. I thought all kids that age drink and party alot, she just had alot of money and cameras following her. I like her and Sam so back off Dad.
