Shia LaBeouf is currently in surgery after a DUI accident. LaBeouf was obviously drunk and made a left turn in front of another car - causing a collision. LaBeouf will not be booked on felony DUI charges. The LAPD says he'll be cited and released on suspicion of DUI misdemeanor. The driver of the other car and the female passenger in his car suffered only bumps and bruises, which is why he's being charged with a misdemeanor and not a felony.
Let's hope he learns his lesson and can be thankful he didn't kill himself or anyone else. I really like Shia and he was even on my Celebrity Boyfriends list. Click here to see what I wrote about him at the time. Guess I wasn't too far off.

Ugh, why's he got to be a dumbass? I like him but he's been really stupid lately.
I like him a lot, but damn...grow up! I get a cab when I'm drinking and I'm just a country girl from NC. Why can't these ppl get a driver?!?!?
