JLo Can't Keep A Nanny

Ah, so THIS is why they have "no nanny."

Jennifer Lopez's twins need a new nanny -- after their last ones walked off the job.

According to American tabloid the National Enquirer, the nannies Lopez and husband Marc Anthony had hired to look after Max Emme got fed-up with being expecting to work 16-hour days.

"Probably more like running off the job," an insider told the magazine. "Normally people who make huge sums of money and have loads of professional and social obligations hire a nanny for each child, especially for newborns.

"But it is as if Jennifer expects one nanny not only to take care of both twins, but to work 16-hour days, seven days a week!"

The schedule the Jenny From The Block hitmaker had put in place allegedly led the first nanny to leave after just one week of watching the wee ones. The next caregiver lasted a bit longer, but eventually the diva's demands wore her out, too, leaving the position vacant.

The source added, "They hired a second nanny, who was wonderful with the twins, but she couldn’t take working such long hours without a break.

"After that nanny resigned, the couple began desperately seeking nanny No. 3."
