LILY Allen's bad year seems to be taking a toll on the British singer. So far, she's had a broken engagement, a miscarriage, a failed talk show - and now she's making a drunken fool of herself at the Cannes Film Festival. Allen, 21 - who bleached her hair blond and posed for topless photos for several days - had to be carried out of a French club over the weekend after she drunkenly passed out on her father's lap. Earlier this week, she was kicked off the yacht of Formula One racing billionaire Flavio Briatore. Allen ripped off her bikini top and threw herself over the side, reported British papers that carried shots of her poised to jump. Fearing she might drown, the crew fished her out of the Mediterranean. When she was back on board, Briatore covered her up and told her in no uncertain terms it would be best for her to "retire" for the evening.

don't know how she is, but she sounds like a real treat
I wish I knew what she was like before all the bad stuff happened to her. I sort of feel bad. She looks horrible in that picture.
