Nick Hogan is in jail as we speak. Today, a judge ruled on his sentence for the tragic drag racing accident that left his friend a vegetable. He has been sentenced to:
- 5 Years Probation
- 8 Months in Jail
- 500 Hours of community service, no buyout available
- 3 Years of Drivers License suspension
- No alcohol for 5 years
- DUI school completed within the first year of probation
- Paying court costs.
He totally deserves it.

Wow, I'm glad that his celebrity status wasn't able to get him out of this.
Nothing will compare to having to live with what he did to his friend. That being said, glad they didn't blow this off.
