Diva Premiere for Mariah

While I think it's so gross that someone actually gave Mariah another movie role, this piece from Page Six is so dishy I couldn't resist sharing it with you!

MARIAH Carey was in full diva mode at the party for the premiere of her "Tennessee" at the Tribeca Film Festival's Cadillac Lounge at Tenjune on Saturday. On the walk-in, when she dropped her sunglasses on the red carpet, she quickly turned her back to the wall of photographers until she'd slipped them back on. Then she was escorted inside through a back door, but it still took her 30 minutes to make her way to her table, where Zoe Kravitz and Ben Kingsley were waiting to congratulate her. Carey's new beau, Nick Cannon, showed up soon after. "He bailed on his own premiere to be here," said our spy. "He didn't do any press for his film, 'Ball Don't Lie,' and came to see Mariah." On Friday at the lounge, William H. Macy played temporary doorman, letting in two party crashers by pretending they were pals. "He took them past the velvet rope and into the party where he introduced them to Cheryl Hines and partied with them the rest of the night," our source said. (Source: PageSix)
