There's just something about Owen Wilson that I'm not down with. I think he's funny and all - but he always seems to me like the kind of guy who could turn in an instant. Dark. This story from Page Six confirms what I've always thought.
Looks like Owen Wilson is getting camera shy both on and off the set. Just days after we reported that the fragile funnyman went balistic on a party photog, the 39-year-old lunged at an extra on the set of his new flick Marley & Me.
A PageSix.com spy said Owen acted like a royal "jerk" on Thursday when "he saw an extra taking a picture of him with a camera phone. He rushed up to him and the guy next to him and snapped 'Are you guys taking pictures of me?'"
The insider said Owen — who's on set daily with co-stars Jennifer Aniston and Eric Dane — makes his security guard keep everyone away from him and is always "just out of the camera's view during action shots."
"No one on set can approach [Owen] because of his security but he can run up and attack extras about taking a picture." Owen's rep didn't return an email request for comment by time of publication.

Owen Wilson is a bad actor, he is the same person no matter what film he is in...seriously
watch any of his movies and you can just see him saying the same stuff in other movies, his reactios ad maerism of speaking is ALWAYS the same! dont get me wrong, I like most of his movies. He just isnt good at acting
Ok, yes I am a HUGE Owen fan!!!! I hate reading bad stuff about him, but of course it comes with the territory. We all know that he has been thru some major problems recently and he is clearly not ok. I have seen him on tv since his alledged suicide attempt and he is truly so different, he does not seem the same at all, he seems really unhappy. I just hope he can get himself better, I really do believe he is still going thru a difficult time.

He's not a jerk, he's just tired of being pestered by people with cameras. He asked very nicely for a 'time out' and no one seems to respect it. Hey, can you blame him for getting a little testy? I think he's the greatest. He's written some wonderful stuff with Wes Anderson, and he always makes me laugh. I stand behind Owen.
On the set of Hall Pass he was a real asshole. No appreciation of his fans whatsoever. Very sad.
I see him all the time, unfortunately, here on Maui. Jerk doesn't even begin to accurately describe his behavior. No, the rules don't apply to this overpaid excuse for a human being. Hopefully he'll buy Oprah's parcel out in Hana. I'm sure the locals there will give him the respect he deserves...
